Time to buy? Bitcoin falls below $23K

Bitcoin is interesting, but I don’t understand how to earn it and where to do it, and in general I want to know more about it, who can help me with this?

How does it feel? "catch a falling knife"

Does Bitcoin's decline scare or excite you? There are certainly many people saying "I told you so!" right now. Curious when/if it'll recover. Regardless, there is a lot of distrust in crypto institutions and leaders right now.
