Timebank - Ideas?

We built a tool to help people trade "time" credits for mutual services in a community.

Ex. if i give you 1 hours of help on choosing a logo, i get 1 hour credit i can spend on anyone on the community giving other micro-services.

I want to try and build one or more paid communities around this.
Any ideas? Happy to revenue share with anyone who wants to get practically involved in making them happen.
