Tips for a blog site setup
I'm planning to create a blog site for Tweetpop (https://tweetpop.app/) in an attempt to increase inbound traffic. There seems to be many ways of setting this up.
I'm looking for a setup which fits this criteria:
- Good SEO support
- Headless CMS setup
- Low maintenance & cost
I would love to know what you have used and how the experience has been. Also interested in seeing live examples for inspiration.

I set up a personal blog a few days ago self-hosting Ghost on GCP compute engine. Coincidentally, the first post is about the process I used to set up the blog. I'll paste a link when it has been published. I'm aiming to have it ready this for this weekend.
Ghost has built-in SEO and can be run as a headless CMS, which meets your first two criteria. I paid $15 for a domain name on Namecheap and am currently using an e2-small compute engine instance, which costs about $13 a month after you've burned through the $300 of free credit. If you want to use a managed service for lower server maintenance, you might be able to use app engine on GCP. Ghost also has a managed hosting service, which costs $30 per month. Not sure exactly what your budget is.

Ghost has always sounded good but just looking for something with less setup and cost at this point because I'm just tinkering around. Thanks for all of this information. Very confident it will come to use eventually :)

I've recently setup my blog on Webflow. I've been very happy with it. Easy setup. Mobile friendly. Solid SEO configuration options. They have a lot of great free & paid templates: https://webflow.com/blog-websites

Definitely a good option. The only concern with Webflow is that it seems to tie you in to using the product in the long-term at whatever cost they choose. I'd rather keep it in a platform that I can retain control over. Is that a fair concern to have?
How did you find the blogging CMS?
Many folks I spoke to said that is one of the weakest parts of the product by far.
