Tips for choosing free music

I encountered a problem when I started getting warnings from streaming sites that I was using music that falls under copyright. If I don't change the music that's playing in my background normally, my account will be blocked. What should I do?

Obviously you need to change the music you have playing in the background, you might need to change the music to possibly instrumental music that some unknown author wrote and isn't copyrighted.
