Tips for first sales / demo of product

Hey,

Tomorrow I have my first demo with a potential customer after building a product over the last few months. I'm a software developer with experience in marketing but zero sales experience.

Can anyone provide any tips on how to structure the flow of the meeting to try and maximise learnings from the prospect? I've been reading mom test but always find it hard to not frame conversation around product and try and let prospect lead the conversation.
