Tips for getting started with a facebook page?

I've run a twitter account and a LinkedIn page for https://frontendremotejobs.com for years, and just decided on a whim to start a facebook page too to see what kind of traffic I could generate.

What are your favorite tips, strategies and tactics for growing a Facebook page from 0 to generate traffic?
