Tips for getting your product featured in blogs and listicles?

I’m in a pretty crowded space with my app and I want to try and get it featured on blogs/listicles.

In my case, the writers have probably hundreds of competitors to choose from, so it may not be so easy.

Has anybody gotten their product featured in articles and has some tips on how to reach out to writers/editors?

Thankful for any input :)
