Tips for hiring indie hackers?

My business is developing nicely and my plan for 2023 is to expand my team. Based on how the team & I are working, I have the assumption that it would be a good idea to try to specificially focus on hiring other indie hackers, specifically people who are multi-disciplinary and can work multiple roles.

I am looking for seasoned full stack rails dev with an eye for design and product management experience (to work with my CTO) and a "general generalist" who can assist me and can do stuff from growth to finance topics.

Since I need multi-faceted people, that have seen things and are not necessarily specialists, I am a bit lost where to even look. Where do I find people that can and want to work async, 100% remote, with a high grade of autonomy and that can fulfill multiple roles if necessary?

What's your recommended job board for offering this type of work? I checked a few boards (like remoteok), but these type of flexible multi-role jobs seem to be rather uncommon.

Hey Jan, I just read your post. Tell me if you found someone as a generalist, I'm on the other side! I'm a generalist with solid background in marketing, web, video, content creation, business and trying to find a remote job, but it's hard to find a place where search for it!
