Tips on moving to Switzerland?

Hi fellow Indie Hackers!

Any one here work in Switzerland? I'm thinking about moving there from Canada and maybe getting a job there in my field (software engineering / Web Dev). If anyone has any tips on going about this adventure, please let me know. Useful tips, links and personal experiences are welcome.
