I had a hard time getting feedback from the early users of my B2B SaaS, so I wrote down some tips on starting conversations with them:

Great suggestions!
I've also found organising hangout sessions to be invaluable. Although it's much more time consuming, the level of feedback I receive is much more in-depth.
This is really good info and something I'm struggling a little with at the moment, but these tips are fantastic. Will start to do this.
What kind of insights have you gained from the linkedin conversations? Are you getting feedback on UX/UI mostly?
Yeah, mostly getting feedback from them and finding out what they were looking for when they signed up.
In your experience so far, has the feedback been high enough quality to justify the time investment? 7 out of 100 is a pretty good number if they're giving you detailed insights.
7/100 was the people who replied to the welcome email – those were really high quality product questions and feature requests.
LinkedIn feedback has been a bit less useful, but I'm still at a point where I'll take any feedback I can get :)
That makes sense Matt, we see much better open and engagement rates on our welcome emails as well.
