I've decided to switch things up and share some quick tips, as I usually write long-form content. This post is geared towards those who are new to email marketing and looking to take their skills to the next level. Here are my tips:
- Write in a natural, conversational tone and avoid using salesy language or sounding robotic. A little bit of slang can help you sound relatable.
- Regularly clean your email list by removing users who are not engaging with your brand, as repeatedly sending emails that aren't being opened can negatively impact your deliverability.
- Every email should have a clear and compelling call-to-action (CTA). Ask yourself if you would click on it or if it's just there for the sake of having one.
- Don't rely solely on manual campaigns or automated flows; both are equally important. Set up your core flows and send consistent manual campaigns.
- Always test different aspects of your emails, including subject lines, headlines, and offers.
- Write your emails as if you are speaking directly to an individual, rather than a group.
- Focus on selling the outcome or result of your product or service, not just the features. For example, a gym doesn't just sell access to equipment, but a better body and improved health.
- Segment your audience and tailor your messaging accordingly. New sign-ups should not receive the same emails as long-time users or non-buyers.
- Ensure your emails are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices to avoid negative impacts on your audience's perception of your brand. I hope you find these tips helpful! If you have any more tips to share, please do so in the comments.

Do you want to provide information, answer a question, or engage in casual conversation? Identifying the purpose and focus of the conversation will help you create a specific and relevant prompt, leading to a more engaging and informative exchange with ChatGPT.
