Tips to Set a Business Model 📖✏️ - Influencing company 💁🏻

Hello Hackers,
I'm currently working on my project which is about creating a platform to connect Brands and Content creators.
It will be some BtoB work about technical ⚙️ products only.
The aim is to create some partnership that's are profitable for both :

• More visibility 👀, more sales and feedbacks for the brand 📈.
• Money 💰, free products/discount and affiliation for the creator.

Our added value ➕ is as follows:

• We survey 📝 the brands and offer them the appropriate contacts who will best meet their needs.
• We make the creator's job easier by acting as a project manager, allowing them to focus only on creating the content once the deal is signed 🖋.

The question now is : How to monetize this so that it's scalable and that the 2 parts don't go without us 🤔? :

➡️Commission on each contract?
➡️Subscription for brands to have access to the platform and free for the creator?
➡️ The creator pays a monthly subscription to appear on the platform and to receive deals?
