Once, while having too much free time, I started thinking about starting a small business.
Pretty quickly, I ran into the same problem over and over again: real, practical information was incredibly hard to find. Most answers were hidden behind paid courses, vague blog posts, or recycled “guru” advice.
When I tried using AI tools, the answers were often generic and surface-level. What I actually needed was someone to say: “Here’s how it really works. Just do this.”
That frustration led me to an experiment called Xelay.
The idea is simple: a small, focused community where people can ask real questions and get real answers from people with actual experience — not courses, not theory, not sales funnels.
Right now, Xelay is just an early experiment, and I’m not sure yet if this idea truly makes sense. That’s why feedback is extremely important for me at this stage.
I’d really appreciate honest thoughts — whether this solves a real problem, what feels missing, or why you think it wouldn’t work.
