Tired of paying for contacts we couldn’t email—so we built our own email tool

At one point, our marketing team realized that unsubscribed contacts were still being counted toward what we paid for.

That wasn’t our only frustration.

With different platforms, we experienced unexpected plan changes, account restrictions that were difficult to understand, and entry-level pricing that became much higher once we added the features we actually needed.

Every tool seemed reasonable at first. Then came the separate warmup tool, another bill for list verification, sender limits, contact limits, or an upgrade we had not planned for.

My husband and I run NetConsult, a digital marketing agency in Dubai. We use email outreach ourselves, so these were not theoretical problems. Our team dealt with them while doing real marketing work.

Eventually, we stopped searching for another platform and started building the one we wished existed.

Today, we’re launching SendWise.

SendWise is a cold email outreach platform for founders, agencies, sales teams, and small businesses that already have their own contact lists.

Users connect their Gmail, Microsoft, or SMTP sending accounts. SendWise handles campaign sequences, mailbox warmup, list verification, bounce protection, and deliverability monitoring.

We tried to keep the pricing straightforward:

  • Free — $0/month: 1,000 contacts, 3,000 emails, 1 sender

  • Starter — $20/month: 25,000 contacts, 50,000 emails, 10 senders

  • Pro — $50/month: 100,000 contacts, 200,000 emails, unlimited senders

  • Business — $120/month: 500,000 contacts, 1 million emails, unlimited senders

Warmup and list verification are included on every plan.

Hard-bounced addresses are automatically suppressed, and bounce rates are monitored per sender. Customers are charged only for active, emailable contacts—not contacts who have bounced or unsubscribed.

We also do not automatically move customers onto a more expensive plan. When someone reaches a limit, they decide whether they want to upgrade.

The honest part: the platform works, but this is its first real public launch.

Our internal team has tested it, but internal testing is not the same as watching a new user connect a mailbox, import a list, and launch a campaign without our help.

We expect people to discover confusing steps, missing explanations, and use cases we did not anticipate. That is why we are launching here before doing a larger Product Hunt launch.

We’re looking for 10 beta testers who actively use cold email—or are planning to start.

We’ll give them the Pro plan free for three months. In return, we want honest feedback about what feels confusing, unnecessary, incomplete, or broken. Praise is welcome, but criticism will probably help us more.

What is the one thing you dislike most about your current cold email tool—pricing, deliverability, complexity, or something else?
