Hi everyone,
So for most of my career I’ve worked in helpdesk/desktop support, and I’ve also freelanced on the side. Now that I’m out I still have family and friends pinging me with questions and little things needing to be done. I was brainstorming some type of app/site where people can ask a question or be able to filter what their issue is and have someone connect with them and help them with this issue. For example, someone can’t connect to a printer. They submit their issue on this app and a freelancer currently online pings them to help them out. The freelancer would get let’s say 20 an hour to help them with this issue. I feel like I would take 20 bucks remotely to help someone with a simple issue. But obviously I’m my own echo chamber. Does this sound realistic or appealing?
