Hey IH π
I'm Richard β a Senior IAM Analyst by day,
dad of two by night. Just launched
CogniZenKids after months of building in
Lovable.
The story: my son Bodhi is 6, in
kindergarten, naturally curious about
everything... except school. Watching him
disengage from learning was rough. I
searched for STEAM platforms that taught
real skills β critical thinking, money,
emotional intelligence, AI literacy β and
found mostly worksheets dressed up with
cartoons.
So I built what I couldn't find.
CogniZenKids has 6 character-led tracks
(38 lessons) covering Mind Mastery, Heart
Smarts, Body Science, Strategy Lab, Future
Builders, and Money Minds. Each lesson is
story-driven, with collectible Gem
Guardians and shareable completion
certificates. Kids ages 6-12.
Tech stack: Lovable (React), Supabase,
Stripe, ElevenLabs for character voices,
HeyGen for animated character intros,
Make.com for content automation.
Currently in launch mode β running my
first paid ad tests this week (TikTok
+ Meta), shipping a "spot the AI glitch"
feature, and stress-testing onboarding.
Question for the IH community: For solo
founders in B2C, what was the single
highest-leverage marketing move that
actually moved the needle in your first
90 days? Looking for what's worked vs
what looked good on paper.
