TL;DR -- looking for a nocode tool to build a dynamic web-form that exports results to a CSV at completion and doesn't save to a database :)

Hi All!

I’m looking for a nocode tool to build a very particular web-form. Would like to write no/minimal code as this is for prototyping.

Requirements:

(1) It’s dynamic (questions and values change according to user choices)

(2) User’s cant save the data at completion

(3) Instead, a user can export answers to a CSV (or lose the data)

Any leads?
