What are your tips for making sure your business decisions are impactful?
All I can say is that, some amount of uncertainty is always attached to a result or impact of a decision. We can fully control a decision, but not its impact or result. The best thing we can do is gather all the necessary data, calculate the risk and execute accordingly :)
