The internet is overloaded with advice, tips and hacks for growth. Don't we know that! 😱
Whilst it is useful to be aware of strategies, none of them will be as useful to your growth as looking at the opportunities that are presented to you in your context, product, people, market and your choice of tech.
Your competitive advantage becomes the knowledge and understanding you have acquired over time and through experimentation.
This example from @zwenza is a great example of this in action.
He doubled his downloads by translating his app. Interesting.
Maybe this tactic will work for you.
Maybe it won't.
Maybe it would've worked better yesterday. Or maybe you won't see results until next year.
Maybe you are not quite ready for it.
Maybe there are 10 other things you need to do first to make it work.
Maybe!
But having a focus on growth, trying things out AND then keeping a close eye on what does or doesn't work is crucial.
What ends up working will probably surprise you!
Thanks for sharing @rosiesherry. Sometimes we miss the obvious ways to move the needle!
I like this. Its so true. I've often posted about how we should really boost growth within our own context instead of following tactics blindly.
Totally true, the best way to figure out your way to growth is through experimentation on your market.
Any tactic is just a new hypothesis. It works maybe one out of ten. But I see it is the only way for growth. Thanks for sharing the example.
