Hi there,
I recently came up with an idea for a software tool that would help with development work and planning, plus save lots of time. It is a major pain point, at least for me, and I believe other companies would have a similar issue. This tool would be used in conjunction with figma, like a plugin, and could be developed with bubble and the use of a small server to talk to the figma api.
Unfortunately, I don't have much time to actually get to learn bubble, and then develop it. I work full time as a mobile dev, and I have 2 side projects as well...
What's your experience in hiring bubble developers for a project like this? I really want to try the idea to see if it works or not. But I don't all the time investment it would take, even when using bubble, which would be relatively faster than a full flown web app. Im expecting someone that knows bubble to be able to build most of the functionality in 2-3 weeks. Any recommendations as to what to look out for? and price range of dev work?
@gregortega Hi Greg, I had someone who wanted to outsource bubble projects and he was willing to pay me $5k-10k. I have seen people pay more than that. If the developer is good and you do not have capacity to manage the volume of bubble projects then its good to outsource.
Hi mmdesignsldn, thanks for your answer and price range, I will give this some more thought :)
@gregortega Hi Greg, once you have thought about it and happy please email me on mmdesignsldn@hotmail.com.
