To the Product people out there. What do you hate about Jira?

I've been conducting research on the product development market, and lately I noticed there's such a huge part of the market using Jira. But genuinely unhappy with it's servicing.

If you're using Jira, can you tell me why? What do you do/do not like about it? Or are you using alternatives and what/why?
