To track casual publications such as comments here and Medium articles, which Zoho product should I use?

I’ve recently released v1 of Touchgram, my iMessage add-on product for creating interactive messages. Now the marketing starts in earnest!

I would appreciate some advice about tracking casual marketing publications, in a way so my other analytics can be used.

I post comments on various Slack, Facebook and other web communities (like Indie Hackers!). I also write Medium articles and release Youtube videos. I work from home, so participation in these communities is an important part of keeping my solo-founder-sanity and getting feedback on my thinking. It occurred to me recently that if I think holistically about my product and marketing, this public participation should be something I'm tracking. At the least, I should have some datapoint saved on a calendar or timeline.

What would be the best product within Zoho to keep track of those? Ideally I'd be able to store a combination of:

  • URL to the original posting

  • copy of the posting, normally a paragraph or two

  • other comments

I would like to be able to link to these records so I can attribute customer followups and queries to them. I want to be able to look at an overall dashboard and see these publication events on the timeline.

I suspect that Journeys within MarketingHub are the way to go but am happy to use any other Zoho One product.

I'm a solo founder, I'm doing everything from design to dev (of a fairly technically challenging iMessage app) to marketing. So I can't spend lots of time learning tools but am able to cope with complex stuff. I'm also happy to setup things using Zoho Creator or other automation tools.
