Today of Remote Work

Now that we've gone through the "acceptance" phase of remote work, it's time to figure out the long-term plan for collaborative, efficient remote work. Experts who have made it their life's work will share the steps to implement into your company's culture and operational plans.

We have two meetings a week. In the first, we talk about whether there is a problem with our tasks.

In our second meeting at the weekend, we evaluate the week and then plan the next week.

So what kind of remote working model do you have?
