Tool for researching new ideas

While brainstorming what could I do for the next project, I was thinking that brainstorming itself can be a place where some service can help with.

A way of bookmarking searches, taking notes, making competitor lists, keyword analysis of some kind (suggesting synonyms, integrating google trends), and similar.

What do you think? Is there something like this already out there?
