Tools for Keeping Track of User Interviews

Hey all,

I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find a relevant thread: what tools do people use (and recommend!) for keeping track of user interviews/feedback from calls? I've been relying on Google Spreadsheets so far, but it's quickly becoming unwieldy with a growing number of columns, difficult to scroll with all the notes written in some cells, etc.

Would love to hear how people organize themselves in this part of the idea validation stage!
