Tools for online groups to schedule and meet?

We're building tools to help online groups meet, and I'm trying to understand the current pain points. Nearly all groups seem to use Zoom for video and then some combination of the following to share details. Any others? Any feedback? Thanks ๐Ÿ™!

  • Add a "registration" on a website to add your email. Email details sent with a marketing automation tool, like Mailchimp
  • Use Eventbrite or Meetup to collect signups and then send an email with video details after
  • Calendrly to collect sign up details. They can then add the meeting details directly to their Google Calendar
  • Share a Google Sheet link with event dates and zoom link details
  • Just post links on a website or social media bio, or post in social media
