Tools for organising and proofing hypotheses?

as indie hackers and entrepreneurs we have to formulate and proof / falsify a lot of hypotheses.

I wonder what you guys using for this.

On a mental level: What helps you to formulate falsifiable hypotheses?
But also on an organisational level: What tools are you using? How do you keep track?
