Tools for tracking developer performance

Hi all,

At my day job we run Kanban and used to use Trello, now we use Hygger (long story). But, one of the frustrating thing about these tools is, there's no way to get certain analytics like:

• how long was a task stuck in the "doing column"
• how many cards has Developer Lucy completed, picked up etc
• On average, how long did Developer John spend on a card
• etc etc

I realise this data by itself is not that useful, but compounded with chats, 1 to 1s and retros, it can be useful.

Is it possible to track such metrics in those tools and/or does anyone use something where such metrics can be tracked? 🤔
