I tried to list all the tools we use at our startup and why and how we use them; Notion, Slack, Screen, Ghost, MeteorJs, Grafana and more...

I see you use webflow for your website but ghost for your blog why is that?
There is a huge SEO benefit from having the blog on the subfolder.
Likewise with helpdesk. You ideally want that on your main site.
Intercom do themselves https://www.intercom.com/help/en/, but don't make it easy for customers.
I think versoly will be a good solution. It has web builder plus blog feature. Cool
I agree for the SEO benefit, but you don't need to switch your blog CMS to achieve that.
You can configure your webserver to server all urls blog/* using ghost and the others by webflow (assuming you're not hosted on webflow)
we setup the blog before using webflow, that explain why we didn't use webflow for the blog.
