Matlab- This is a language that meshes well with other coding languages and can be used for both data analysis and visualization. It's also good for people who already have some experience with coding and are looking to expand their knowledge.

TypeScript- which is a powerful JavaScript-based platform that allows developers to create web applications. If you already know JavaScript, then this one will be easy for you to pick up on!

Scala- because it provides users with an elegant way of writing code more quickly than many other languages do—and it has been shown in studies that programmers who use Scala are able to complete tasks more quickly than those who use other languages like Java or Python.

Why isn't Ruby part of this list?

I came here to say bad things about SQL, for obvious reasons.

However, I'm remembering that Mitchell Hashimoto, the founder of Hashicorp, done Advent of Code 2021 using SQL and I really enjoyed it. Really recommend watching it.
