I'm a solo founder. This started with a friend's disaster.
He spent 2 months trying to register a US LLC for his SaaS.
→ Delaware because "everyone says Delaware" — $300/year franchise tax
→ Wrong entity type
→ 8 phone calls to the IRS for his EIN
→ $800 gone before launch
I helped him redo it in one week. Wyoming LLC ($60/year). Called the IRS at 6AM Tuesday (15 min wait). Mercury bank approved in 3 days. Stripe running by Friday. $250 total.
That's when I realized: foreign founders don't need a cheaper formation service. They need one that doesn't lie about what comes after "congratulations, your LLC is approved."

The part about fixing your friend's whole setup instead of just getting the LLC approved is what stood out. Most people don't realize the real headaches start after the paperwork.
Reading this I kept thinking it feels like it should be getting a lot more organic traffic than it probably is right now. At this stage that could have a pretty big impact while you're still building trust with early founders.
Have you noticed that too or is it converting better than the traffic would suggest?
