TopStonks - The best advice from the worst investors on the internet

Hi gang! I'm working on https://topstonks.com - a newsletter that tracks stock mentions on sites like 4chan and reddit and sends that out daily.

I'm wondering if you see any blatant flaws with the signup flow for the newsletter (particularly the premium product - https://topstonks.com/subscribe - which we launched today)

I've been working on it for so long now that I it's hard to see what is not obvious about the product from the outside.

    Hah, this is super entertaining.

Just a head's up, though — your Mailchimp archive is completely public, including the Premium emails afaict: https://us5.campaign-archive.com/home/?u=e76e1ccea54b04a06ccb22c93&id=2544be2cd5

Thank you! Glad you like content. Also thank you for pointing out that glaring issue w/ the archive :X

Personally, I doubt that anyone serious (ex with funds to invest in stocks) would pay attention on "signals" from sites mentioned above.
You would have much more traction with penny stocks and day trading guys with gambling state-of-mind on by default. They would listen "proven formulas" and "top secret information" 24/7 from any place, including the 4chan.

Thanks for the feedback Dotz! We've had about thousand signups so far for the free daily update and a handful of paid signups. I'll have to reach out and poll the audience to find out more about them.

Seems interesting. Do you also indicate whether there is a net positive/negative outlook for the stock based on the mentions?

Thanks! We do a longer form post where we highlight the bull and bear case for different equities, but its hard to get text sentiment. Particularly from the places we're crawling where the lexicon is a little different :)
