Travel, Work Less, and Grow My Startup: GoneDomains Case Study
My first year of entrepreneurship was nonstop work and learning.
12 to 14 hours a day. Sometimes with no days off.
Now I have a validated product: GoneDomains (Authority Backlinks and Expired Domains).
The audience is growing. Money is coming in. And honestly, this pace is not sustainable.

I switched to a 4-day work schedule:
I work no more than 4–5 hours a day.

Working in Bangkok
For the second month now, I’m traveling around Asia on a bike.
I shoot travel content, meet interesting people, and change my environment. And the project is not degrading.
I actually feel that traveling helps with promotion. The downside is focus.

You must plan tasks very carefully and break them down.
I ask myself one simple question before every task:
“Will this increase revenue or traffic?”
If not, I skip it. Most of the time, those tasks never come back.
My goal is to work 2–3 hours a day and still be very effective.
It’s hard for now because I’m still building a stable routine.
If your project feels stuck, try resting instead of pushing harder.
Change your schedule for a couple of months.
But don’t let thoughts like “I need a new product” or “I need more features” take over.
The focus should be on marketing only.
For me, SEO and YouTube work best.
You build content that works long term.
You live your life.
Then one day, you check the stats and see growth.
Not stress. Not panic. Just progress.
