Trouble getting sales/conversions

Hey all! I just started an apparel brand that sends underprivileged orphan girls in India to school. We donate all of our profits. We are getting a decent amount of traffic but have low sales and conversion rates any tips? BTW our website is www.empow3r.shop

Can you see where people are dropping off? Things I'd look at:

    • How many people bounce off the home page?
    • Home many go through to the catalogue?
    • How many click-through on a product?
    • How many actually click through and buy?

This insight will help you prioritise what to focus on. If people are bouncing from the homepage or aren't clicking through to the catalogue, try including the best selling products on there.

Also just a general note, maybe look at including some of the storied from people you have helped so there's more of a connection with the cause :)

One suggestion/thought. Try experimenting with apparel that "displays your core message/mission". The word/brand Empow3r doesn't yet hold any meaning to the casual observer. Try making the brand name secondary, and the message primary.

I think your message resonates with most people, however the apparel itself doesn't convey that.

Try some phrases that might resonate with your buyers. I'm sure you can do 100x better, but just to get the point across...

    "Because education matter"
    "poverty + education = hope"

and put the logo on the back, sleeve, or more minimized on the core message.

Try to include a list of shop items on the main page, instead of just having a button on the slider image... Put some shop items beneath the story of your website and above the newsletter join form

What have you tried to optimize conversions? You should be running a lot of different split tests. Here are a few examples:

    • Different landing page designs
    • Different button colours
    • Different prices
    • Timer on checkout

There are a variety of e-commerce hacks you can easily find online, but you should DEFINITELY be tracking what leads to more conversions.

Once you find it, double down on it.
