TrustPilot deliberately allows fake reviews

Here is one fake review for TemplateMonster on TrustPilot (Still live at: www.trustpilot.com/users/614bc465eb61830012e4c4a9)

Another fake review for TemplateMonster on TrustPilot, with the exact same verbiage (Still live at: https://www.trustpilot.com/users/614b3a30cb42810012bc3e13

Above is another fake review for TemplateMonster on TrustPilot, with the exact same verbiage (Still live here).

We filed a report & followed up for over 6 months, yet the TrustPilot "Content Integrity" team refused to remove or address these obviously fake reviews:

Both reviews were posted at the exact same time, in different countries, with the identical verbiage — and they are the only review on each user's profile. It cannot be more obvious that these are not legitimate reviews.

There are countless other such suspicious reviews on TemplateMonster's 4.8-star profile with 5,000+ reviews — many of which also mention non-existent support personnel by name.

Meanwhile, the authentic review that we posted ourselves was flagged & removed repeatedly by TemplateMonster, since they are premium TrustPilot subscribers.

Unfortunately, it seems that TrustPilot does not care about the legitimacy of the content on their platform — some even suggest they use fake reviews on their own profile.

Bottom line, TrustPilot cannot be trusted.
