Trying NEWSLETTER for the First Time!

We tried sending out a 'sample' newsletters for our existing customers about a week ago, but unfortunately, there are no great response that comes with it - even though we mentioned about offering 30% discount for every logo design services they'll need.

Basically, 2-3 people opened the mail, and one unsubscribed.

Any suggestions for us to get started effectively, and in the right way?
