I want to gather some potential users willing to give feedback on the product. Meanwhile, they can use it for free.

or the removal of pain with your product.

Thanks for the candid feedback! I'll consider changing it to something more meaningful before the public release.
The site loaded for me. Overall I think the site looks clean and clearly communicates what the product is. I'm a fan of visual examples though, so I think some screenshots or even early mockups would help to gain a bit of trust and pull people in.
BTW I don't have help articles (yet), so not for me at this time.
You've probably considered this, but how vital is the "Use Cases" question for you at this early stage? Generally, I think the shorter a form is, the more likely people are to actually submit it.
Otherwise just some copy nitpicks/suggestions:
"All you need is the URL of the site" -> "All you need is your site's URL"
Should "read-to-use" be "ready-to-use"?
"Where does the data you want to use come from?" -> "Where do your help articles reside?"
"How do you want to interact with your AI assistant?" -> "How will your users interact with your AI assistant?"

One option is to insert plain text in the system and use it as a source for the bot. Let me know if this would be helpful for you.
