Thanks. I’m not really sure 😂😭 I try to fit things in when I can, but that usually means an hour here or there, or sometimes a nice stretch of a few hours in the evening.
I probably need to figure out an actual routine though to make the most of it (and to stop me from losing too much sleep! 🥲)

Congrats! I too have kids, a full time job and a side job but still building on the side of sides (new phrase I just made up). So I bet I’m slower than you! Keep it up! I need to get better about building in public as well. Seems like the best way to get traction early on.
Side of sides is a great description 😂 and I think you underestimate how slow I am!

I feel your pain - father of two kids as well,trying to find some time to build my application :)
How do you organize your day to make any kind of progress?
It’s completely unorganised at the moment. One’s a newborn and the other is under 2 so the only stretch I get during the day is when one is asleep and the other is at nursery. The main work happens when everyone’s sleeping. I’d probably be lucky to fit in 2 hours a day at the moment.
How about you? I’d love to steal any tips you’ve picked up.
Probably I don't have many tips for you. My kids are slightly older, daughter is 7 years old and son is 3. As you for sure know, during the day it's hard to do anything. Nevertheless, my daughter has few activities after school. I try to be active on social media, develop/think about some ideas or read some helpful resources about building application when I wait for her. This usually gives me something about 5-6 hours per week - not big but better than nothing :)
I try to write some code everyday, usually something between 9-11 pm. I have one day (Friday), during which I do activities not related to writing app (games, movies etc) - this is to keep healthy mind :)
That’s interesting, I think I need to have a set time to focus on non-dev/kid stuff as well to keep some sanity 😄 thank you for sharing
