Trying to fix messy client onboarding + payment delays for freelancers and small teams -would love your feedback
I am building FlowentaHQ - a lightweight tool to help solo freelancers and small teams streamline client onboarding and get paid faster.
Most tools I found were too heavy (CRMs, PMs) or not designed for early stage workflows. I am not trying to replace your invoicing or CRM - just give you a clean, structured client journey from kickoff to handoff.

i checked out the website, scrolled and read nothing.
what specific industry are you serving? first thing i wanted to know is if this product was for meant for me or someone else within the first 2 seconds. I scrolled for images that would relay that information, and could find anything. No step by step process, no competition to show me the problem exist and people are paying for its solutions, etc.
it all just seems like a poorly fleshed out idea, and i didn't understand enough of what your trying to do, to read more about it.
I think people are very visual creatures, and images are a faster mode of communication. Show an example of your competition and then display how you improved their workflow. A before and after would do wonders for this post and website to further explain your points.
Good luck with validating. it takes a lot of effort to sell someone on the "potential" for profits as opposed to hard data. Usually businesses like this have social proof, big business/political backing, or testimonials from clouted individuals in a specific industry to get this off the ground.
