Trying to No Code an Automated SMS Sales Follow Up?

Hey everyone.

So at the moment I'm running a physical product subscription offer with a Typeform on the front end offer. We're sending automated follow up texts currently using Ringcentral and Zapier. So leads come into typeform > added to a google sheet > zap fires and send the initial text.

With around 500 leads coming in a day Zapier is a bit lacking and unreliable, and I don't really want to be paying so much without having the full functionality required.

Essentially I'm looking for a way to no code or a service that'll allow me to send Automated follow up texts in bulk without paying for sms credits, and in a tech enabled manner so my sales VAs can follow up and answer specific questions and engage with customers. I'd like to be able to set rules ie. if no response after 24hrs send follow up sms, and ideally not use the massive volume of zaps that Zapier would require to set this up, and have it hopefully be cleaner and more cohesive.

This may be doable with some sort of CRM? Tech stack includes Clickfunnels for landing pages, Zapier for automations, Recurly for subscriptions, Authorize for payments, Mailchimp for email, Ringcentral for SMS, and Shopify for the main store.

Hope this made some sense

Edit: Not at all married to Ringcentral, have tried a few cheaper sms services and Ringcentral seems to not throttle at high usage and message sends like some others for just $40/m. Open to suggestions to hopefully build some cheaper sms automations.

Tapdesk CRM has Flows features that is currently in beta and does what you need. In your case, you will only need to add our lead capture code snippet in your front end. You don't write any code. Just copy and paste. Then setup a Flow: when a new leads comes in, send them this SMS. This is what out flows feature look like: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOuQLRJp. And also you can set up more control, like what happens of they reply, or what should happen if they don't reply after 3 days.

Hey @MadBrad happy to create this for you. I'm currently looking to develop new no code products. How much per month would you be willing to pay for a more reliable solution with no msging cap? 60% of ringcentral? 50% of ringcentral? If you'd be open to doing a refundable pre-order of the built item, I can build this out for you in a week or two. My email is also in my profile in case email works better for you
