Trying to provide a service to store your personal items to your neighbors. What would you store?

Trying to provide a service to store your personal items/cars/luggages/clothes/beddings etc to a neighbor with idle space at home(garage, bedroom, closet attic etc) with cheaper price than traditional storage services.

what items would you store? If not, why?

What is the purpose of the storage? Short term while you rennovate? Long term because you don't have the room? What about access rights, especially if that neighbour goes on holiday?

The first thing that comes to mind is property damage. What if there's a flood or fire? Having your items off-site is a lot safer from these disasters that would affect your home and your neighbours home. Self-storage companies are covered by insurance if anything was to happen. How would this impact the insurance of the person storing the items if contents are only covered up to a certain value (if they even selected contents insurance on their home insurance policy)?

Thank you for replying @graphicscove :)

The concept I had in mind was similar to an "Airbnb for storage," where individuals can rent out unused space in their homes to others who need storage. And I also thought about insurance system for individuals as well to compensate those issues and time managing UIUX.

Even after considering these issues, I'm still curious whether there would be certain types of items that people would feel comfortable storing with their neighbors.

if you're willing to help me a bit more with zoom or others, i'd really appreciate your help.
