I’m building https://faqhub.io. it’s a knowledge base + ai chatbot for small SaaS teams.
You provide details about your product like documents, website or upload existing content, and it turns them into a chatbot users can talk to. It also gives you a clean help portal you can link to or embed. All of this is managed by you and your team with a powerful Backoffice for chatbot persona configuration and content management.
I built it because I was tired of answering the same questions over and over. Docs help, but most people don’t read them. Chatbots are everywhere now, but most are expensive or overkill.
I’ve got most of the frontend and backend done. I'm busy working on stripe integration now and refining the user onboarding workflow.
The goal is to launch and grow it to $10k MRR in 6 months. I’m doing this solo. no VC, no team, just trying to build something useful.
If you run a SaaS or support users yourself, I would love to know:
Just looking for honest thoughts. thanks. 🙋♂️😊
How is this tool different from Hikaflow?
So we are using Hikaflow in our organization, and you just need to connect it with your git provider, and that's it, it will scan your entire codebase, share code health reports, create detailed project documentation, review commits and PRs, and they also have assistant that has the entire project context so person literally can ask any thing, regarding the project.
btw, is the project open for pilots
Happy to exchange SaaS usage/testing/feedback.
One of my projects - ObjectVoice - focuses on adding digital behaviors to physical objects. I'm launching a new Video Upload behavior this month and could use the testing!
Let me know if this sounds interesting and we can swap notes.
Sounds like a great plan. I would appreciate testing and feedback of my product.
Bro, I'm not a teacher in business classes but I read a bit best sellers in the world. From what I learn also at my skin as I'm also building SaaS platform is to fix some problems, people don't buy software they buy solutions, they ask them self, it is expensive, how can this help me, how time I need to see the first results, and important subject as is not spoken a lot is, physiological profile from target group its important for making strategies to approach them.
Good point thanks. Given you also run products how would you answer:
How do you deal with repeat questions?
Would this save you time?
What would stop you from using something like this?
Aligning it with my original ask. Appreciate your feedback.
1.Manually, because I'm just at start, and I want myself to understand users.
2.2-3 hours a week.
3.I don't know many details about your chat bot to find the "blockers"
Thank you for the feedback.
