Trying to validate an idea: one workspace to replace 5 tools for small creative teams

Every small creative team I’ve worked with hits the same problem — too many tools.

You start with Notion for notes, Trello for projects, Sheets for finances, a CRM for leads, and another app for invoices.
It feels fine early on, but as soon as projects or clients stack up, things start breaking.
You spend more time syncing tools than actually delivering work.

So I built OpenSyte, an open-source “Agency OS” that brings it all into one workspace.
It’s as simple as Notion but structured like an ERP — one place to handle clients, projects, and invoices from start to finish.

Right now I’m not trying to launch — I’m validating whether small teams actually want one unified system, or if the “many-tools” setup is just the reality we’ve accepted.
