Just shipped v0.2.0 of tsdevstack, a TypeScript microservices framework I've been building solo for the 8 months.
tsdevstack is the first Infrastructure as Framework. Infrastructure isn't something you build alongside your app, it's a built-in feature of the framework itself. Add a service, the framework generates its Terraform, Docker config, gateway routes, secrets, and CI/CD pipeline. Two commands locally (npx tsdevstack sync && npm run dev), one command to deploy (npx tsdevstack infra:deploy).
What gets deployed is a complete production-grade cloud setup: VPC with private subnets, managed Postgres, Redis, container registry, container runtime, API gateway, load balancer, CDN, WAF with OWASP rules, SSL certificates, secret management, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. Secure by default. SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR technical controls built in. Encryption at rest and in transit, network isolation, zero-credential runtimes.
Your code includes NestJS backends, Next.js frontends, and Rsbuild SPAs. Object storage (S3/GCS/Azure Blob with MinIO locally), async messaging via Redis Streams, BullMQ workers, and JWT authentication are first-class features, not bolt-ons.
Same framework, same commands, same patterns across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Each provider gets a native, idiomatic implementation. No vendor lock-in. Switch later if you need to.
A built-in MCP server with 54 tools lets Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot manage your stack. Strong conventions mean the AI agent actually understands the framework instead of hallucinating commands.
v0.2.0 adds object storage, async messaging, and the AWS App Runner to ECS Fargate migration before AWS's April 30 deadline.
Solo project, MIT licensed, looking for early users and feedback. Happy to answer questions.
