Yesterday I setup the blog for turingci.com ie GCP bucket, Cloudflare SSL and Hugo site with template, assets etc. Today I'm going to write the first blog post and publish the entire blog. Not sure yet how I'm going to promote it. Also, keep reaching out to people interesting in solving their CI/CD problems.
End of January - Have my company formed and be half way through implementing my MVP. A dozen posts on my personal blog.
Yesterday - Got my personal blog up and hosted with a couple of posts on it.
Today - Researched ways to form my LLC, and signed up to do it through ZenBusiness. Going to the first of four sessions of a drawing basics course tonight.

Today: Continue spreading the word about the app and finish up the feature that I was working on yesterday!
Goal: Get 10 entries into our FREE Story Contest this upcoming weekend written by 3rd/4th/5th/6th Graders.
Yesterday: posted 60 direct mail pieces announcing the Story Squad launch to parents I interviewed about their kid's creativity vs. screen-time this past summer; landing page re-design.
Today: strategizing various growth tactics to get the word out about FREE Weekend Story Contests to get kids writing instead of vegging out to YouTube, Fortnite, or social media. Cold emails to 3rd/4th/5th/6th Grade teachers (2 replies out of 30 personalized emails so far), in person meetups with teachers locally, newsletter content. Worried this will be scattershot until we hit the goal above.

Made it to the chapter exercises for Chapter 16 / 31, dramatically overestimated how much I could finish today. Felt a bit burned out from yesterday. Let's see how tomorrow goes.
