This is super fascinating. I'm interested to know how you'll use the customer interview data to yield those insights. The hands-off aspect of it is really needed. I find the best way to do interviews is by being present and focused, and if I'm taking notes, then I often have to catch back up to the conversation.
In terms of feedback, I love the landing page look. It's clean and succinct. I think you should put those three points you put in this post on there. Right now, it's all a bit abstract, so seeing a design or rough idea of what exactly the product is and can do would make the difference for me.
