Turned a repetitive freelance task into a $15 template

Every few weeks I'd get a freelance request that boiled down to the same thing: "here's my export, clean it up." Duplicate rows, dates in three different formats, numbers stored as text with currency symbols still attached, blank fields nobody noticed until a report broke.

I was rewriting a version of the same script each time, so I finally sat down and generalized it: one Python script with a small CONFIG block at the top (which columns to trim, which one has dates, which one has the messy currency values). Point it at your file, run one command, get a cleaned CSV back plus a count of what got fixed.

Tested it against a real messy order export before shipping: 43 rows in, 40 out after removing duplicates, 7 flagged for a missing email field so nothing silently disappears.

Packaged it up as a $15 template (script + README + one free round of help configuring it for your file) rather than keep quoting it as custom freelance work each time. Would love feedback from anyone who's dealt with the same "just clean up this spreadsheet" request on repeat.
