Turned my oversleeping problem into an MVP - early validation

Built something weird after sleeping through too many deadlines.
HumanAlarm - people book a time, someone knocks on their door to wake them up. Testing in Bay Area currently.
Just started posting in communities. Early responses are interesting.
Anyone else launch something this niche? Howd you figure out if there was real demand vs. just solving your own weird problem?
