I started building Smart Web Agencies to help local businesses grow without the bloated costs and wasted complexity of most marketing agencies.
I spent months building systems:
Emails, workflows, pipelines, trigger links, sequences.
Testing, adjusting, rebuilding.
Most of it hasn’t paid me yet.
Today it hit me:
Instead of waiting for it all to click perfectly, I’m turning what I built into an info product.
All the templates, workflows, structures — packaged simply for indie founders, agency starters, and local operators who don't want to spend six months figuring it all out.
I’m not stopping the original mission.
But I’m not letting the work go to waste either.
If it sells, great.
If it doesn’t, it still forces clarity for the next phase.
Either way — I’m moving forward.
Sometimes the best move isn’t to pivot away —
it’s to pivot the work into something that pays you while you keep building.
That’s where I’m at today.
If you’re stuck building, maybe there’s a product hiding inside what you’ve already done too.
