Turning Stress Into Revenue as a Solopreneur

Hello!
There are some important things that are needed to achieve extraordinary results. Just to name a few: sleep, eating healthy/healthier, exercise. Escape is one of these things! I recommend you to read Essentialism by Greg McKeown, it is a really great book I've read few months ago. It could help you too!
The thing I noticed is there are tasks which require my full focus (for example programming a new feature) and there are tasks which use much less brain power (for example one of my habits is to come here on IH every day and comment on few posts). If I will have an actual business, I think I will have tasks in both categories. Programming as a harder one, answering customer questions as an easier one. This is something like Paul Graham mentions in one of his essays about manager vs makers schedule. If I really don't have time to put down work, then my easier tasks will become the escape for me. My some what productive chill time.
Interesting share, mate. What's Essentialism all about?
Essentialism is a mindset. The main topic of the book is to find the thing that makes the highest contribution and do that thing effortlessly. How to choose and how can we help ourselves in choosing.
